"The Smell of Death"

Okay so I accidentally forgot to blog the other day…basically nothing happened. I had a parade that night. Everything went well, it was kind of warm outside, but why should I expect any different in Florida.
So on to today…Jessica was kind enough to get up with me this morning to take my car to the shop. Allow me to explain. My car smells like death! I am not exaggerating! I have a bottle of Febreze and a bottle of cologne in my car just to try and snuff out the stink! It literally takes your breath away when you get in. Just to clarify: I did nothing to cause this!
So we took it into the shop. Poor Jessica, she just went along for the ride, but she left with a crazy big bill. It was actually a total God thing though because the guy said that her tires were so jacked up that had she drove one more day she would have had a blow out! Thank goodness God knows all of this beforehand!
We spent the morning in the lobby watching “Home Improvement” and other such shows. By the time we left, Jessica had to immediately run to work, and I headed home to just chill because I didn’t have to head in until 6:45.
I got there a little early tonight. Things went really well. I got to do the show with two of my friends so that definitely made the night go by quickly. Plus too, I got to help someone out with relationship troubles. Yeah! On our last show of the night, the stage monitors cut out all the sudden so all of us are like, “What the mess?” Apparently it had started to rain but since the majority of us have our bodies fully covered, we couldn’t tell. When that kind of stuff happens, there’s a little red light that comes on in the front of the stage floor. It didn’t work tonight, so some cast members were completely oblivious. As the majority of us left, a couple of the reindeer stayed out front breaking it down. It was wonderful! It took them a little while to realize, we were all leaving! ☺
After work I headed to Wal-Mart to pick up a few things, one of them being Baking Soda to try and get the stink outta my car! We’ll see how that works come tomorrow morning. I’m gonna have to find something that’ll work, my eyebrows are starting to singe off.
