"Mrs. Blackburn and I: Together Again"

So today was my first day off since Friday last. It was a nice reprieve from the monotony of sparing. I met up with Josh, Christi, Nicco, Nolan, and Bella (here out referred to as “The Smith’s,” simply for time’s sake ☺. Let it be known, I love them all collectively but as individuals as well). We all got lunch at Earl of Sandwich at Down Town Disney. Once we finished up eating, Christi and I headed to Property Control while Josh took the kids back to the room.
After about an hour or so, Christi and I met back up with the fam at the Pop Century and started to prepare for our date with Mickey and his pals at the “Not So Scary Halloween Party.” Nicco dressed up like Woody, Nolie like Buzz, and Bella topped the trio off with the cutest little Minnie Mouse you’ve ever seen. So the six of us boarded our bus and headed for the main gate. While the Smiths headed to dinner, I ran backstage to hook up with Buzz and get Bella’s book stamped (Buzz and I are tight). Once done there, I ran back over to Frontierland to meet up with my favorite group of tourists. We had a great dinner—I highly recommend the Liberty Tree Tavern. After dinner we got a lot of candy and saw a bunch of characters. Not only did I get to see the Mad Hatter (AHHH!) but Nicco got to see Woody, Nolie got to see Buzz, and Bella got to see Minnie! It was so funny, Bella was great with the characters! She would just sit there and laugh. We held the line up so bad with Tarzan, Jane, and Terk—they just wouldn’t stop playing with her. Josh, Christi, and I were just kinda watching and those three were going to town, and Bella loved it the whole time. As soon as we had taken our picture, Jane had to leave to check on her father and wouldn’t be back with Tarzan for at least another hour. As I’m sure you can image, the other guest probably weren’t too thrilled with us! ☺
So then comes one of the best moments of the night. We all got to see Anastasia, Drizzella, and Lady Tremaine. Anastasia remembered my proposal to her two years ago at the Grand Floridian! Like she was recounting details from the night! It was hilarious! Let me tell you, that takes some major skill! Needless to say, I was very impressed.
I had so much fun with the Smiths tonight. If I get a chance, I’ll try to post some pictures—they really all turned out great! It’s a wonderful way to remember such a great night with some of my favorite people!
