"We Are Fam-ily"

Ah, a day off. Today was wonderful! I didn’t get up until eleven. After I did, I kind of just chilled out for the majority of the morning—ate breakfast and indulged in some I Love Lucy. About 1 p.m. I headed up to Disney’s Boardwalk Resort because my mom and grandma were gonna be coming in! It was so so great to see them! Ah, I didn’t realized how much I missed them until I saw them standing there with their luggage. It was awesome. So we spent the early afternoon, just catching up. I brought them over to my apartment (which has random bits of ramen noodles in the carpet. My roommates have been hungry ☺). After the tour, we went to Wal-Mart and then headed back to the Boardwalk. While my mom and mamaw sat out on the porch, I chilled inside on the bed because I was exhausted! While they went out shopping, I took a little nap. Once they got back, we texted Jessica and headed out to T.G.I. Friday’s for dinner. My mom and mamaw loved Jessica. They thought she was so funny! After dinner we said goodbye to friend Jessica and headed back to the hotel. Mom, Mamaw, and I all changed into our bathing suits and headed out to the hot tub. We sat in there just conversing with some fellow vacationers and a couple of Brits. It was a great day! So happy to see my family!
