"A Day with Mom, Mamaw, and Dolly"

So day off #2. I rolled out of bed this morning at 9 to shut off my roommate’s alarm clock and after falling back asleep, I ended up shutting off my own alarm clock merely 40 minutes later. I know what you’re thinking, “10 a.m. that’s kinda early for you isn’t it David?” Well, trust me it wasn’t by choice, I was being responsible. I got up and headed over to the laundry room and emptied my garbage dump into the nearest washer. After finishing up a couple loads of wash, I headed back to the room and made some cinnamon rolls for breakfast. Since they design those packets for straight up heifers, I decided to give Jessica a call and see if she wanted a quick bite to eat before work (disclaimer Jessica is not a heifer—according to my roommate she’s a 10 ☺). She obliged and graced me with her presence for about a half and hour. After she left, I finished getting ready and headed over to the Boardwalk to hook up with Mom and Mamaw. I grabbed them and we ran to Property Control and to buy our tickets for Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party. Now let me explain, Property Control is where Disney sends merchandise that it has either overstocked or damaged in some way. The cool thing about it is that everything is marked down like crazy amounts! As I’m sure you can image, my mother and grandma loved that! ☺ After that, we went out to eat a place called Sweet Tomatoes per Mamaw’s recommendation. For any of you that come down to Disney, you have to go eat here! It was de-licious! After lunch Mamaw and Mom dropped me off at Downtown Disney so I could buy some tea I had been wanting whilst they ran up to Wal-Mart—their home away from home. They swung by and picked me up and the three of us headed back to the hotel to just chill out. It was wonderful! We watched a movie staring none other than my guilty pleasure-Dolly Parton! Love her! After the movie, Mom and I walked down to Hollywood Studious then enjoyed the boat ride back to the hotel. From there I dropped Mom and Mamaw off at Down Town Disney whilst I came back to the apartment. It was a sensational day; however, I’ve got to get to bed, because I’ve got a long day before me tomorrow! Oh, yeah and I got to talk to Tommy and Jess today too! It was so great to hear from them!
